Last evening in Riyadh, Colleges of Excellence, one of the arms of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and a specialized agency in applied training in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, signed a memorandum of understating and mutual cooperation with TLD Arabia Equipment Services, under which TLD sponsors 40 trainees in the International Aviation Technical College at Riyadh.
Nader Milibari, Chief Executive Officer at TLD Arabia Equipment Services, expressed his happiness to sign the memorandum of understanding, which will be the cornerstone of cooperation that will attract qualified Saudi youth to work in the promising field of ground services and other areas of cooperation.
Eng. Ayman bin Mustafa Alabdullah, CEO of the Colleges of Excellence, revealed that this agreement aims to train and qualify Saudi national cadres and equip them with skills and cognitive and vocational capacities required in the labor market of ground services equipment maintenance, through training them to achieve sustainable development in aviation sector and increase its contribution in the domestic product.
He said that this agreement, signed in the headquarters of the International Aviation Technical College at Riyadh, involves organizing joint workshops and training courses, and exchanging experiences and information related to activities that fall within the work and competencies of the two parties to achieve their common goals.
Eng. Alabdullah stressed the importance of this agreement, which comes as part of the Strategic Partnerships agreements with the private sector to sponsor and employ trainees from the International Aviation Technical College at Riyadh. He pointed out that these partnerships are what the Colleges of Excellence aspires to, to employ all of its colleges' graduates in work environments that suit their disciplines and skills acquired during training. At the same time, he stressed that in previous years, several strategic partnerships were made with different companies in the Kingdom to contribute in achieving Saudi Vision 2030 to support the economic aspirations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the local and global market.
Colleges of Excellence and TLD Arabia Equipment Services signed a memorandum of understanding and mutual cooperation, signed by Eng. Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Khalifa, Acting Vice-President for Support Service at the Colleges of Excellence, and Nader Milibari, Chief Executive Officer at TLD Arabia Equipment Services, with the presence of a number of officials from both sides.
Colleges of Excellence, which is a governmental company affiliated with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, was established to be a leading agency in applied training in the Kingdom, in cooperation with the best international applied training organizations.
